Once a listing is signed, we reach in our own pocket to pay to deep clean your property, then we pay to clean windows and we pay for interior staging. The interior staging is we invest in comes with a 3% commission – that’s what we charge. And for it, this staging is splendid. It is the best in San Diego.

We utilize Ma’am & Sir Designs. Tracy, the owner, is our secret weapon. Her staging for our listings make us gasp when we walk in. Her work is different every single time. And now she’s designing interiors because she’s that good. If we gasp, trust us, so do the buyers. They want to live in your home. We were Tracy’s first client and we are with her for life.
